Privacy policy

linkoflinks is built to know as little about you as possible. This policy explains what we do handle, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The data fiduciary is WiserPivot Solutions (Proprietor: Prathamesh Bhatte), Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India, contact@linkoflinks.live.

If you only visit

  • No account, no cookies of our own, no advertising trackers, no analytics.
  • Your country, as reported by our host Cloudflare, is used for search relevance and the Region view. It is not stored with anything about you.
  • Your internet address is used for a moment to apply fair-use limits and is then turned into a one-way code (changing every day for web-search counts and every month for reports). linkoflinks does not store the address itself. Daily codes are deleted after the day.
  • Searches: what you type is used to answer you. Only when you press "Search the whole web" is it sent to Brave Search. Answers are kept for 24 hours by search words and country, not linked to you.
  • Safety checks and address checks: the address of a site you open or check is sent to Google Web Risk, domain registries (RDAP) or Cloudflare's DNS service. Nothing about you is sent with it.
  • Human check: "Search the whole web" uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may use its own strictly necessary signals to tell people from bots.
  • Reports: we store the site, the reason and the monthly one-way code (to stop repeated reports).
  • Technical logs: Cloudflare, our host, keeps short-lived technical logs for security and fault-finding.

If you pay (sponsors and supporters)

  • We keep your email, the name you give (optional), the website and keywords you sponsor, the amounts, dates and Razorpay payment and order IDs.
  • Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, never to linkoflinks.
  • We use this to provide what you paid for, send your receipt, report link and service emails, handle refunds and complaints, and keep the accounts the law requires.
  • We keep payment records as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 8 years). Everything else about you is deleted on request once it is no longer needed.
  • We never sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails without your permission.

Who helps us

Cloudflare (hosting, security, email sending), Razorpay (payments), Brave (web search), Google (Web Risk safety checks), domain registries (address checks). Each handles only what its task needs. Some of them process data outside India, with their own safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or erase it (except records the law makes us keep), to withdraw consent, and to nominate someone to act for you. Write to our grievance officer, Prathamesh Bhatte, at contact@linkoflinks.live. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Anyone may look at the galaxy. Paid features are for adults (18 or older).

Security and changes

Data is stored with Cloudflare, encrypted in transit, and reachable only by the service and its owner. We will update this policy if what we collect changes; the effective date above shows the latest version.
