Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses linkoflinks (linkoflinks.live), a service of WiserPivot Solutions (Proprietor: Prathamesh Bhatte), Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we"). By using linkoflinks you agree to them. Paid features also follow the sponsor terms, the refund policy and, when they open, the subscription terms and API terms.

1. The service

  • linkoflinks shows websites as they appear in public Certificate Transparency logs, together with popular sites, search results and address checks. It is free to use and needs no account.
  • Website names are shown automatically from public sources. Their appearance does not mean we endorse, check or are connected with them.
  • We may change, pause or stop any part of the service. We try to keep it running, but it is provided "as is", without a promise that it will always be available, complete or error-free.

2. Fair use

  • Use linkoflinks for personal or professional browsing. Do not scrape it automatically at scale, overload it, get around its limits or human checks, or interfere with how it works.
  • Fair-use limits apply (for example, searches a minute and web searches a day).
  • Do not use linkoflinks for anything unlawful, or to harm, mislead or harass others.

3. Other websites and safety checks

  • Websites you open from linkoflinks belong to others; their content, offers and policies are their responsibility. Visit them at your own discretion.
  • New and unknown sites are checked with Google Web Risk and a malware list before opening, and dangerous ones are blocked. These checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a site is safe.
  • Search results come partly from third-party search providers. Address checks come from official registries and may occasionally be wrong or unavailable.

4. Reports and removals

Anyone can report a site. We review reports and may hide any site, name or sponsored pulse at our discretion, for example for safety, legal reasons or a breach of the acceptable content policy.

5. Our name and design

The linkoflinks name, logo, design and software belong to WiserPivot Solutions. Data from other sources is credited on the credits page under their own licences. You may share screenshots of the galaxy with credit to linkoflinks.live.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by other websites, search providers or registries. For paid features, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that feature.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; continuing to use linkoflinks means you accept it.

8. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Complaints go to our grievance officer, Prathamesh Bhatte, at contact@linkoflinks.live (see Contact).
