Sponsor terms

Effective 11 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy a sponsored pulse on linkoflinks from WiserPivot Solutions (Proprietor: Prathamesh Bhatte), Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India. The terms of use, refund policy, acceptable content policy and privacy policy also apply.

1. What you buy

  • Spark, ₹199: shown for 1 day.
  • Glow, ₹999: shown for 7 days, twice as often, top of searches for 3 keywords.
  • Blaze, ₹2,999: shown for 30 days, three times as often, top of searches for 5 keywords.

WiserPivot Solutions is not registered under GST; no GST is charged. Prices are final and may change for future purchases only.

2. How it is shown

  • Your website appears in visitors' galaxies as a pale-gold ring with its name and a Sponsored tag. The tag is always shown and cannot be removed.
  • At most three sponsors are on screen at once, in a fair rotation; a higher package appears proportionally more often. We do not promise a number of views, visits or sales.
  • With keywords, your site is shown first, labelled Sponsored, when a search matches a keyword exactly. At most two sponsors are shown per search.
  • The display period starts when your pulse goes live and ends automatically.

3. Checks and review

  • Before payment, your site is checked automatically: it must answer, must not be listed as unsafe by Google Web Risk or a malware list, and must follow the acceptable content policy.
  • After payment there is a review window of up to 6 hours. If your pulse is not accepted, you get a full refund automatically. If review takes longer than 6 hours, you can still cancel for a full refund at any time until it goes live.

4. Your site must stay acceptable

Your site must keep working and keep following the acceptable content policy for the whole period, including where it redirects. We may remove a sponsored pulse at any time for a breach; removals for a breach are not refunded.

5. Your report

Your private report link shows the status, a day-by-day record, your receipt, a download and a printable version. "Times shown" is counted by visitors' browsers and is approximate; searches and visits are counted on our side. Keep the link private: anyone with it can see your report and, before your pulse goes live, cancel it. Lost it? Use "Email me my report links" on the contact page.

6. Permission and responsibility

  • You confirm you may promote the website and keywords you submit, and you allow us to display its address and keywords on linkoflinks.
  • You are responsible for your site and its content. Sponsorship does not mean we endorse it.
  • Our total liability for a sponsored pulse is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Law and complaints

Governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Complaints: grievance officer Prathamesh Bhatte, contact@linkoflinks.live.
