Shipping and delivery policy

linkoflinks sells only digital services. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How each purchase is delivered

• Sponsored pulse: right after payment you see a confirmation and receive an email with your receipt and private report link. Your pulse goes live by itself after a review window of up to 6 hours and is shown for the days you paid for. If it is not accepted in review, the full amount is refunded automatically.
• Support payment: confirmed on screen at once, with an emailed receipt if you give your email.
• Plans that open later (Claim your pulse, Brand watch, Born feed API, Wall display, widget, birth certificate): active, or the file delivered, within minutes of payment, by email and on screen.

If something does not arrive

If you paid but did not get a confirmation email within an hour, check your spam folder, then use "Email me my report links" on the contact page or write to contact@linkoflinks.live with your payment ID. If a service was not delivered because of a fault on our side, you are refunded as set out in the refund policy.
