Subscription terms

Effective 11 October 2026 · for plans that open later

These terms will apply to monthly and yearly plans when they open: Claim your pulse (₹999 a year), Brand watch (from ₹499 a month), the Born feed API (from ₹1,499 a month) and Wall display (₹999 a month per screen). Prices are in rupees with no GST, as WiserPivot Solutions is not registered under GST.

• Billing: you pay at the start of each period through Razorpay. A yearly plan costs 10 months' price.
• Renewal: plans renew only if you choose automatic renewal; we email you before each renewal.
• Cancelling: anytime, by yourself, from your plan's page. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not charged again.
• Refunds: as in the refund policy, including a full refund if you cancel a first yearly payment within 7 days.
• Price changes: announced by email at least 30 days before they apply to you.
• Content: logos, descriptions and names must follow the acceptable content policy.
